Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Simplygrave Tree Service wants everyone to be able to use simplygrave.property, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want this site to work for as many people as possible. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support accessibility, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with good color contrast
- Let visitors get around using only a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of this site may not yet meet these standards in full. Content from third parties, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
If You Need Another Way
If part of this site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@simplygrave.property and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What Went Wrong
We welcome your feedback on how accessible this site is. Email contact@simplygrave.property and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is ongoing work. As we update this site, we will keep it in mind and keep making improvements.
